Canadian Equivalence
MSc (Accounting and Finance) awarded by the University of Chichester is fully recognised in Canada as Master’s degree similar to a degree completed from a Canadian university. University of Chichester is an approved university with the World Education Services (WES); and all its degrees are duly recognised by all the evaluating bodies in Canada including IQAS and ICES.
What you will study
This MSc (Accounting and Finance) consist of two stages with 180 UK credits.
To achieve this MSc, you need to complete 120 credits at Stage 1, and 60 credits at Stage 2 by completing a dissertation under the supervision of the University of Chichester and London Graduate School’s faculty, totalling 180 credits.

University of Chichester exempt their first two trimesters of the MA worth 120 credits on the basis of Level 7 Diploma “stage 1” and enroll the learner as an “advance entry” directly into the final trimester of this MA.

How you will learn
You need to submit a Consultancy Project report or a Dissertation of 12000 words, at stage 2, to University of Chichester and you will be qualified for the above award on passing this module. However, you will be provided with an interactive support from the university including:

Assessment
This course is assessed through 100% coursework with a range of methods, such as essays, research reports, presentations, group work and practical reports.
Entry Requirements
- Applicants have a Four year Bachelor’s degree or a Three Years Bachelor Honors degree in any discipline.
- Applicants with a Two years Bachelor degree from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh are also encouraged to apply.
- Applicants having any kind of UK level 6 qualification or an equivalent overseas qualification are eligible to apply.
- Applicants already having a 120 credits UK Level 7 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management would directly be enrolled into a Dissertation based final trimester of this MA award.
- Applicants over 21 years of age having a relevant work experience can also apply, as a mature learner, without having any formal qualification.
- We welcome applications from international students. If your first language is not English you will be expected to have overall IELTS 6 (with at least 5.5 in each component). You may be exempt from providing evidence of English language proficiency if you have gained your previous qualification from an English Speaking university or awarding body.
- All applications are considered on an individual basis. Applicants may be invited to an interview, either on campus at CGL or online, as part of the application process.
