This online MSc (Health and Social Care Management) would be awarded by the University of Chichester, delivered by London graduate School and offered by CGL. This course is designed to meet the needs of those working in health and welfare services as practitioners, managers or administrators. The student group is therefore multidisciplinary, and most course members combine study with full-time work. The course is also suitable for graduates with a research interest in the changing nature of health and social care in the new mixed economy of welfare.
The course has recently been re-validated and re-focused. It now offers increased opportunities for you to combine your study of health and social care with specialist modules in evaluation, management, social care practice, regeneration or health. Considering the changing and dynamic nature of health and social care in the new mixed economy of welfare, our course opens up new employment horizons for you. It well equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to contribute to developments in the system.
MSc (Health and Social Care Management) awarded by the University of Chichester is fully recognised in Canada as Master’s degree similar to a degree completed from a Canadian university. University of Chichester is an approved university with the World Education Services (WES); and all its degrees are duly recognised by all the evaluating bodies in Canada including IQAS and ICES.
This MSc (Health and Social Care Management) consist of two stages with 180 UK credits.
To achieve this MSc, you need to complete 120 credits at Stage 1, and 60 credits at Stage 2 by completing a dissertation under the supervision of the University of Chichester and London Graduate School’s faculty, totalling 180 credits.
You need to submit a Consultancy Project report or a Dissertation of 12000 words, at stage 2, to University of Chichester and you will be qualified for the above award on passing this module. However, you will be provided with an interactive support from the university including:
“Moodle” is the Learning Management (LMS) provided by CGL to study Stage 1 of this qualification where we provide you with the key reading and research resources via ON-DEMAND LEARNING, and you can learn conveniently by managing your own class schedule in your busy routine.
This course is assessed through 100% coursework with a range of methods, such as essays, research reports, presentations, group work and practical reports.
